I was so privileged to design the logo for the #BuskingForJustice events. I attended the first sing-along in Washington Square Park, just around the corner from my apartment. Hundreds came to join in, either by singing, drumming, or playing an instrument. It was a joyful and uplifting moment that was a pleasant break from a lot of the frustrating things going on right now. It's easy to feel helpless, or alone, but literally lending your voice to make something bigger and more beautiful than you is a wonderful, cheering thing. And all donations go to the ACLU! And, a little secret: this event is organised by some of the most talented, up-and-coming young singers and musicians in the city. It's worth a small donation to hear them perform.
